Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable, except in the circumstances described below.
Because pub crawl events involve reserved capacity and operational planning, refunds are generally not provided.
2. Customer Cancellations
If you cancel your booking:
- More than 24 hours before the event:
You may request a date change or a refund - Less than 24 hours before the event:
No refund or rescheduling is guaranteed.
Requests must be sent to sent through the respective ticketing platform (Ticket Tailor, Eventbrite, etc.) or via email to pubcrawl.laspalmas@gmail.com
3. No-Shows
Participants who fail to arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time are considered no-shows. No-shows can join at a later point during the event, however we cannot guarantee providing any updates on our current location.
No refunds will be issued.
4. Event Cancellation
If we cancel an event due to:
- Operational issues
- Safety concerns
- Insufficient participants
- Force majeure
You may choose between:
- A full refund
- A rescheduled date
5. Removal From Event
Participants removed for:
- Aggressive behavior
- Harassment
- Dangerous conduct
- Extreme intoxication
will not receive a refund.
