2. Service Description

We organize guided nightlife events (pub crawls) in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Events may include:

  • Visits to multiple bars or venues
  • Welcome shots
  • Drinking games
  • Group activities

The exact venues may vary each night.

3. Age Requirement

Participants must be 18 years or older.

You may be asked to present a valid ID before joining the event or any venues.

Anyone under 18 will be denied participation without refund.

4. Participant Responsibility and Alcohol Consumption

Participation in nightlife events organized by Las Palmas Pub Crawl, operated by Sergey Kassil, involves visiting multiple bars or nightlife venues where alcoholic beverages may be consumed.

Participants acknowledge that:

  • They are 18 years of age or older, which is the legal drinking age in Spain.
  • They are personally responsible for their own alcohol consumption and behavior during the event.
  • Alcohol is served by independent bars and venues, which are responsible for complying with local laws regarding alcohol service.

Participants agree to drink responsibly and to respect the instructions of event guides and venue staff.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant from the event without refund if they:

  • appear excessively intoxicated
  • behave aggressively or disruptively
  • endanger themselves or others
  • fail to comply with venue rules or local laws

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organizer shall not be held responsible for incidents resulting from excessive alcohol consumption, participant misconduct, or actions of third-party venues.

5. Liability

Participants attend the event at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Las Palmas Pub Crawl, and it’s operator Sergey Kassil is not liable for:

  • Injuries
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Personal damages
  • Actions of third parties or venues

6. Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify:

  • Venues
  • Start times
  • Event structure

due to operational needs or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Photos and Media

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during events for promotional purposes.

By participating, you consent to the possible use of such media unless you request otherwise.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
