Join the Crew
We’re a young social events company on Gran Canaria, running pub crawls and day-time activities. We are building our team as we go. If you love meeting and guiding and people from all over the world, and want to expand your CV or portfolio, keep reading.
What We Can Offer
This is not a 9-to-5. It’s not even close.
We started with pub crawls in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and we’re expanding fast — new tours, new locations, new types of events. From mid-June we’re launching in Maspalomas, adding a Social Walking Tour, and building out a full summer programme across the island. Which means we need people — more of them, and for more things than before.
What we offer is flexible, gig-based work that fits around your life. You pick what suits your schedule, you show up, you do a good job, and you get paid per tour or per activity. Flexible conditions and hours.
We cannot provide a full-time income – BUT:
If you’re a student, a freelancer just starting out, or someone on the island for a while who wants something genuinely fun to do — this can be exactly what you need right now. With summer 2026 and the high season (October through February) coming up, the timing is perfect.
What we're looking for
Pub Crawl Guide · Las Palmas
Lead a mixed group of travelers and locals through Las Palmas' best bars, and clubs. You keep keep the energy up and things organized in the background, to make sure everyone actually has a good time.
Pay is fixed per tour. Get people to sign up to the tours and earn commission on top of that.
Best for: Sociable people, comfortable in English, who like to party on Thursday, Friday or Saturday nights.
Pub Crawl Guide · Maspalomas
We're bringing the pub crawl to the south of the island, from mid-June. Same format as Las Palmas, different crowd. The south attracts a lot of package holiday tourists, so expect bigger groups and a more resort-style vibe.
We're actively looking for guides for this right now. If you're based in or around Maspalomas, or planning to be there this summer — this is the one to apply for.
Pay is fixed per tour, with the same commission structure.
Best for: Anyone based in the south of Gran Canaria who's social, speaks English, and doesn't mind late nights a few times a week.
Social Walking Tour Guide
We're launching a daytime Social Walking Tour in Las Palmas — running up to 5 days a week depending on bookings. Neighbourhood exploration, local history, hidden spots, food tips.
You need to know Las Palmas reasonably well (or be willing to learn the route properly before you start). You don't need to be a certified guide, but you do need to be able to hold a group's attention and genuinely enjoy talking about the city.
This is the role with the most immediate openings right now.
Best for: People who know Las Palmas, are comfortable leading groups in English, and are available on weekday mornings or afternoons.
Street Promoter
We need someone whose actual job is talking to new arrivals — at hostels, on the promenade, near the tourist spots — and getting them to book one of our events. You'll have your own tracking link and earn commission on every ticket sold through you.
No base pay, commission only. But if you're already spending your days around Playa de Las Canteras or the city centre and you're the kind of person who just... talks to people — you can make decent money from this without it feeling like work.
Best for: Outgoing, English-speaking people who are in Las Palmas for a stretch of time and want to earn something on the side.
Content & Social Media
We need help keeping our social media alive — Reels, TikToks, Instagram stories, that kind of thing. If you enjoy filming nights out, have a decent eye for what looks good on a phone camera, and know how to edit short videos without it being a big production — we want to hear from you.
Photography is also something we're always after. Our events make genuinely good content, and having strong visuals matters a lot for bookings.
Compensation for content work is discussed case by case. If you're building a portfolio, working with a nightlife and tourism brand is useful material.
Best for: Aspiring content creators, photography students, social media freelancers.
New Events (Summer & High Season)
We're building out a lot of new activities throughout summer 2026 and the high season that follows (October to February). Some of these are still being finalised, but there'll be work for the right people.
If you're interested in being part of something from the ground up — a new tour format, a seasonal event, something we haven't publicly announced yet — apply and tell us what you're good at. We'll keep your details and reach out when something fits.
Best for: Anyone with a flexible schedule who wants to get in early on a growing project.
💡Something Else?
We’re open. If you have a skill you think could be useful to a growing tourism and nightlife brand — design, translation, logistics, event planning — throw it in your application. We’ll figure out if there’s a fit.
A few things worth knowing before you apply:
We’re a young company that’s growing quickly. Wages are modest right now, especially for guiding roles — we won’t pretend otherwise. But we’re not going anywhere, and we’re actively adding new tours, a second location, and new types of events throughout summer 2026 and the high season that follows.
For content and creative roles especially: if you’re just starting out, working with us is a real chance to build a portfolio with actual nightlife and tourism content. That material is useful when you’re looking for clients. We’re not using that as an excuse to pay nothing — it’s just genuinely true, and we’d rather say it upfront.
We’re hiring on a rolling basis, and some roles — particularly Maspalomas and the Walking Tour — have openings right now.
Fill out the form below and we’ll be in touch when something fits.
